Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the Quizcord Analytics Discord application and dashboard (the “Service”). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Use of the Service
The Service provides server-specific tools for collecting, importing, and viewing Quizcord quiz participation and leaderboard analytics. It is provided for informational and administrative purposes. Quizcord points and ranks are reported as received and are not independently verified as correct-answer counts or official academic records.
Server administrator responsibilities
By installing or configuring the Service, you confirm that you have permission to do so for your Discord server. Server administrators are responsible for choosing the channels the bot can access, configuring faculty roles, managing student mappings, and ensuring that they have authority to submit and share any student or member information entered into the Service. Administrators should tell affected members how the Service is used where required by their organization or applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate Discord’s terms or policies, access another server’s information, interfere with the Service, or submit information unlawfully. Do not share faculty app passwords or grant faculty roles to people who should not have access.
Availability and changes
The Service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that analytics will be error-free; data depends in part on messages and information provided by Discord and Quizcord. Server records may remain stored after the bot is removed unless deletion is requested and processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. The Service operator is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of its analytics. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
